摘  要:挑选抗涝性强的杂交鹅掌楸无性系NE39和NE48、抗涝性差的无性系NE40和NE75的盆栽苗为试验材料,控制淹水深度在土壤表面以上8~10cm,研究淹水胁迫下叶片中内源激素含量的变化。结果表明:在连续淹水8d后,4种无性系的生长受到不同程度的抑制,脱落酸(ABA)含量变化趋势是升→降→升,抗性强的无性系变幅小;吲哚乙酸(IAA)含量变化趋势是降→升→降,抗性差的变幅小;赤霉素(GA4)含量显著下降,抗性强的无性系在淹水前期降幅较小;茉莉酸(JA)含量上升,抗性差的无性系需要维持较高的JA含量来抵御胁迫。Flooding-resistance Liriodendron chinense×L. tulipifera clones of NE39, NE48 and flooding-sensitive L. chinense×L. tulipifera clones NE 40, NE 75 were selected for studying the changes of endogenous hormones under flooding stress. The seedlings were planted in flowerpots and the depth of water was controlled within 8-10 cm. After eight days flooding, the growth of four clones were restrained in various degrees. ABA content showed a trend of rise→fall→rise. The change was slower in floodlng-resistance clones. However, IAA content showed a trend of fall→rise→fall. The change was slower in flooding-sensitive clones. GA4 content decreased markedly. The decrease was slower in flooding-resistance clones during the earlier period of flooding stress. JA content increased, and flooding-sensitive clones had to maintain higher JA content to resist the flooding stress.
