摘  要:目的观察靶控输注技术(TCI)维持肌松可否改变随机静注肌松药的缺点和不足,从而为临床选出一种给药方法。方法将30例拟行胃肠手术的患者随机分为间断静注维库溴铵组(A组)和TCI组(B组),观察2组患者术毕至气管导管拔管时间、手术开始及手术刺激最强时T1/Tc值及术毕前30 min内出现体动需要追加镇静或镇痛药例数。结果B组拔管时间明显缩短(P<0.05),手术开始及手术刺激最强时T1/Tc值明显低于A组(P<0.01)。结论静脉TCI泵注维库溴铵是一种科学合理的麻醉给药方法。Objective It is to observe whether target-controlled infusion (TCI) used for muscle relaxation maintaining can overcome the disadvantages of intermittent bolus injection of muscle relaxation drugs, so to screen a better medication for clinic. Methods 30 patients scheduled to undergo abdominal surgery were randomly divided into TCI group (group B) and intermittent bolus injection of vecuronium group (group A). Time from operation end to puling out endotracheal tube, T1/Tc value at operation beginning and at the time when the operation stimulus was most intensive, cases needed more sedatives or analgesic 30 min before operation end were observed. Results Time from operation end to puling out endotracheal tube in group B was obviously shortened (P (0.05), T1/Tc value at operation beginning and at the time when the operation stimulus was most intensive was significantly lower than that in group A (P 〈0.01). Conclusion Vein TCI of vecuronium is a scientific and possible anesthesia medication.
