摘　　要：大型体育竞赛是竞技体育的重要组成部分,其中管理系统是赛事的一个重要环节。而志愿者服务工作又是竞赛支撑系统的重要组成部分,是体现赛事参与的广泛性、社会影响力的重要途径。志愿者管理应以内在激励与外在激励相结合,以精神激励为主,强调其社会公益性、个人价值实现,以满足志愿者荣誉感和价值体现,实行人性化管理。The volunteers＇ actuation in the great games should be encouraged in spirit, emphasizing the social significance, values feeling, responsibility and honor. The aim of actuation is to fulfill the volunteers＇ mental demand and personal value purpose. The actuation includes two ways of inner and external and the management work should be humanely.
