摘 要:旨在探讨补充左旋精氨酸(L-Arg)对力竭运动大鼠运动能力和心肌的影响,采用大鼠一次性力竭游泳运动模型,测定了大鼠心肌乳酸(LD)、MDA的含量,NOS、ATPase、SOD的活性,并通过透射电子显微镜对大鼠心肌细胞进行了观察。结果显示:(1)与安静对照组比较,运动对照组心肌中的NO、LD、MDA的含量均显著升高(P<0.05),肌浆网Ca2+-ATPase的活性显著降低(P<0.05),SOD活性降低非常显著(P<0.01);(2)与运动对照组比较,运动用药组运动时间明显延长(P<0.01),LD、MDA含量显著降低(P<0.05),心肌NO含量、NOS活性、肌浆网Ca2+-ATPase活性均显著提高(P<0.05),SOD活性升高非常显著(P<0.01),心肌结构损伤程度减轻。结论:补充左旋精氨酸能够延长大鼠运动时间,改善力竭运动大鼠心肌结构损伤,消除大鼠心肌LD、MDA的堆积,提高心肌肌浆网Ca2+-AT-Pase和心肌SOD的活性,其中SOD活性的提高尤为显著。Basing on the expiring of having the rats to do one-off exhaustive swimming,this paper is to analyze the effects of L-Arg on the rats myocardium and the change of rats sports ability, and we observed the cells of the rats' myocardium with a electronic transmission microscope. The results showed that:①Compared with the rats in the quiet controlled group, the amount of NO ,LD and MDA had improved, the activity of SOD of myocardium and Ca^2+ -ATPase in the sarcoplasmic reticulum of the rats in sport controlled group have obviously dropped( P 〈 0.05), especially the difference of the SOD activity between two groups has highly statistic significance ( P 〈 0.01 ). ②Compared with the sport controlled group, the sports time of the rats in the medication and sport group obviously prolongs( P 〈 0.01). The amount of LD ,MDA of myocardium of the mrs in the medication and sport group obviously dropped( P 〈 0.05), the amount of NO, the activity NOS , SOD of myocardium and Ca^2+ - ATPase in the sarcoplasmic reticulum of the mrs in medication and sport group had obviously improved ( P 〈 0.05), the difference of the SOD activity between two groups has highly statistic significance( P 〈 0.01 ). The conclusion is that supplying us with more L - Arg will improve the activity of ATP enzyme of mrs myocardium as to realize the hope of saving myocardium energies, will be helpful for avoiding MDA and LD which produced during sports, will be the improvement of SOD activity and will apparently get the injury of the ultrastructure of myocardium recovered, improve the sports ability and put off the fatigue.
