摘  要:目的:观察婴幼儿使用的院内制剂中药退黄外洗液对豚鼠的皮肤刺激性。方法:中药退黄外洗液以29.6g和7.4g生药/kg(为临床剂量的40倍和10倍)给豚鼠分别作单次和多次完整皮肤和损伤皮肤刺激性试验,用药后测量豚鼠体重,观察外观体征、行为活动、进食、排泄等一般情况,并作受药部位皮肤组织病理学检查。结果:中药退黄外洗液高、低剂量组单次或多次接触豚鼠,其外观体征、行为活动、体重和皮肤组织病理学检查与空白对照组无显著差异。结论:本品短期内对豚鼠无刺激性,表明临床拟用剂量用于局部或全身皮肤是安全的。Obtective :To observe the reaction to Chinese herbal jaundice-abating lotion applied on Guinea pigs' skin which was developed by the first people hospital for infant external use. Methods:The healthy skin and the wounded skin of the Guinea pigs were treated with Chinese herbal jaundice-abating lotion with the doses of 29.6 g and 7.4 g raw materials/kg (40 and 10 times that of the practical use), respectively. What were undertaken after the above treatments was the weighing of guinea pigs and a series of regular records of guinea pigs, such as physical signs, activities ,eating and the egesta etc. Samples from the treated parts of the skin of guinea pigs were collected and the pathologic measurements were also undertaken. Results: No significant differences were found between the health and the wounded in their physical signs, activities, and the weights of Guinea pigs and among the results of the pathologic measurements after treatments designed either once or several times to guinea pigs with high and low doses of Chinese herbal jaundice-abating lotion. Conclusions: No negative reactions were found in the short time period after the medicine was applied on the skin of Guinea pigs, which implies that it is safe to apply the medicine locally or for the whole body.
