摘　　要：在英国和美国的工业化过程中,也产生过二元经济问题,而其能在工业化中很好的解决这一问题,主要原因就在于其工业化道路对二元经济结构的转换起到关键性作用。改革开放以来,我国一直在思索和总结工业化中"二元经济"结构不断被强化的教训,并希望探索一条新的工业化发展道路,以解决我国的"二元经济"问题。我国在工业化中解决二元经济问题,一方面要采取各项措施加快工业化的发展,这是基础;另一方面要高度重视农村经济的发展,这是关键。In the course of industrialization, Britain and the U.S.A. also encountered the problem of dual economy which they solved well. The reason for this is that industrialization played a crucial role in the transformation of dual economic structure. Since the reform and opening up, China has been pondering and summarizing the lessons of dual economic structure constantly strengthened in the industrialization, hoping to find a new road for industrialization development so as to solve the dual economy question. In dealing with it, on the one hand China should take various measures to speed up industrialization development which is essential; on the other hand, China should pay close attention to rural economy development which is crucial.
