摘　　要："草蛇灰线"这一术语意蕴较为复杂。本文立足于研究现状,从诗文批评以及小说评点史料出发,较为细致地梳理了"草蛇灰线"在实际批评中的多种指涉,主要包括结构线索、伏笔照应以及隐喻象征等方面。另外,对"草蛇灰线"在古代小说中出现的意义及成因也进行了初步探讨。The term ＂faint foreshadowing＂ is quite complicated. Based on contemporary study, this article starts from poetic criticism and commentary materials on novels, points out different reference of ＂faint foreshadowing＂ in practical criticism which include structural clue, foreshadowing and metaphors and symbols~ In addition, it also probes the significance and reason of the formation of this term.
