摘　　要：产业集群在城市发展中发挥着非常重要的作用,产业集群对城市功能亦存在诸多依赖。因此,以产业集群为导向来优化城市功能,要以城市产业集群为基础规划城市功能定位,要强化城市主导功能,优化城市功能空间结构,加强城市功能支持体系建设,并促进城市功能区际协调。Industrial clusters play an important role in the development of cities and they in turn depend much on city functions. Therefore, to optimize city functions with industrial clusters, it is not only necessary to determine city functions on the basis of industrial clusters and to strengthen the dominant function of cities, but also to optimize the space structure and to promote the supporting system of city functions, and to stimulate the coordination among areas.
