摘 要:气体钻井是国内近年来快速发展的一项钻井新技术,以其可大幅度提高机械钻速、有效发现及保护油气层等优点而获得广泛关注。但是在近年来的气体钻井实践中,钻具断裂愈发频繁,带来了巨大的经济损失和安全隐患。我国的气体钻井实践时间较短,对钻具断裂尚缺乏深入的认识。结合理论分析、文献调研和现场事故调查,认为钻具断裂主要由钻具振动和气蚀作用引起,并初步提出了应对措施和待攻关的方向。Air drilling is a rapid developing new drilling technology, which can improve ROP with large-amplitude, discover in time and protect effectively hydrocarbon reservoir, consequently, and is widely obtained attention. But, recently, drill-string partial accidents occurred frequently,and the accidents had brought out more security problems and large amount economic losses. In foreign country, practice time of air drilling technology was quite shorter, still lacked the thorough unders and accident tanding to drill-string partial ac investigation, the article puts cident.
