摘　　要：油井生产中的封层失效问题普遍存在,通过对管柱结构对封层影响的分析,提出了蠕动效应、压差效应和液击效应观点。基于理论和生产实际经验,提出丢手、锚定、小直径封隔器等技术,将其广泛应用于生产中,将极大地促进原油生产工作。The failure of sealing layer frequently happens in oil well and analysis of influence of the sealing layer caused by tube structure was made. The view about the string squirm, the pressure difference and the liquid strike was put forward. Based on theory and practical operation experience, the technical view point of bringing up to anchoring, desquamating and small diameter packer was proposed. Production will be greatly improved when this new technique is put into practical use.
