摘  要:杆管偏磨问题一直是影响胜坨油田有杆泵井免修期的主要因素,采取的抗磨接箍、抗磨副、反馈泵等偏磨治理措施整体效果不佳,经济效益较差。为了有效解决油井偏磨问题,满足注聚区大排量螺杆泵提液、长寿命生产的要求,研究了内衬管偏磨治理配套工艺,具有摩擦因数低、耐磨性能好、不损伤抽油杆接箍、有效实现双向保护的优点,已在胜坨油田的73口偏磨严重井得到了推广应用,延长偏磨井生产周期2倍以上,且持续有效,取得了非常好的应用效果和效益。The tubing eccentric wear problem mostly influences the maintenance-free period of suck rod pump well in Shengtuo oilfield, the treatments such as wear-resistant connection band, wear-resistant pair and feedback pump are not ideal, the economic benefit is bad. In order to re- solve the well eccentric wear problem, meeting the lifting liquid of high pumping rate screw pump and prolong life production, the matching process on eccentric wear treatment of lining tubing was studied. It has the advantages, such as low friction factor, good wear-resistant, no damage of rod, realization of two-way protection etc. It has been used on 73 seriously eccentric wear wells in Shengtuo oilfield, prolonging the production period above twice and lasting effectively. An excellent application effect and benefit was obtained.
