摘　　要：介绍了底装料立式多用炉的结构和工艺特点以及其优越的性能,重点阐述该炉在无内氧化高质量渗碳、薄层和超薄层渗碳与碳氮共渗、少畸变渗碳和淬火、代替盐浴炉加热减少污染及灵活配置以适应不同产品等方面的应用研究成果,充分展示了可控气氛热处理技术的最新发展。The configuration, process and advantages of bell-type multi-purpose furnace were introduced with emphases of presentations on high quality carburizing without internal oxidation, thin case hardening, ultra-thin carburizing and carbonitriding,less distortion hardening,replacing the salt bath furnace heating to reduce the environment pollution, and the flexible organization to meet the application of different products. The latest development of the controllable atmosphere heat treatment technology was presented.
