摘  要:以往研究认为,枸杞炭疽病菌(C.gloeosporioides Penz)仅侵染花、花蕾、青果,一般不会对成熟果实进行侵染。笔者近期研究证明枸杞炭疽病可对成熟果实造成严重侵染,显微观察进一步证实:孢子接种后4 h开始入侵,48 h细胞消融,几无正常细胞,在切片中可清楚地观察到大量繁殖的菌丝体断面和枸杞炭疽病孢子。The past reports have showed that C. gloeosporioides Penz could infect flower, bud and immature fruit, usually couldn't infect mature fruit. But our the last studies indicated that C. gloeosporioides Penz could infect the mature fruits in laboratory and in field, which was further confirmed with the light microscope. The results showed that C. gloeosporioides Penz began to infect fruits in four hours after conidia inoculation. Cells began to melt in 48h,and even no normal cell. It was seen to a large number of reproduced mycelium transection and spore in slices.
