摘  要:为建立灵敏、简便测定银杏叶萜内酯气相色谱法,试验采用大口径毛细管气相色谱法,对银杏叶中的银杏内酯A(GA)、银杏内酯B(GB)、银杏内酯C(GC)和白果内酯(BB)4种银杏萜内酯进行了分离与测定。用20%的甲醇水溶液提取银杏叶中的银杏内酯A,B,C和白果内酯,乙酸乙酯(EOA)/四氢呋喃(THF)一步纯化,衍生后进行GC-FID检测。样品在16min内完全分离,GA、GB、GC和BB的相对标准偏差均小于0.8%,平均回收率为94.45%~98.98%。本方法测定银杏叶萜内酯简便、灵敏、准确、重现性好。In order to determined terpene trilactones simplely and rapidly from Ginkgo biloba leaves. A method for the simultaneous separation and determination of terpene trilactones from Ginkgo biloba leaf by gas chromatography with wide-bore capillary column was described. The results showed that the components were extracted from Ginkgo biloba leaves with 20% methanol in water, the extracts were dissolved in 10% NaH2PO4 solution under ultrasonication and separated from the solution by extraction with a mixture of ethyl acetate/tetrahdrofuran in a capped vial. After derivatization, these terpene trilactones could be quantified and qualitative analyzed using GC-FID. All components were separated in 16min. The relative standard deviations were less than 0.8%, and the average recoveries were 94.45%-98.98%. The method is simple, rapid, sensitive and reproducible.
