摘　　要：张晓峰主任医师认为,绝经前后诸症的病机特点为一体两翼,虚分阴阳,核心是肾虚,此即所谓"一体",但肾虚又有阴虚、阳虚之别,在治疗方面宜阴阳兼顾,阴阳双调;同时在治疗方面主张病机特点是肾中阴阳失衡,肾、肝、心、脾诸脏功能失调,那么治疗自当平衡阴阳,燮理诸脏。Chief Physician Zhang Xiaofeng thinks that the pathogenic characteristics of premenopausal and postmeno- pausal diseases is one core and two aspects, and deficiency of yin and yang. The core is kidney deficiency. And kidney deficiency can be divided into yang deficiency and yin deficiency. In treatment, we should give attention to both yin and yang, and regulating both yin and yang. Meanwhile, he thinks that since the pathogenic characteristics are unbalance of yin and yang in kidney, functional unbalance of kidney, liver, heart and spleen, we should balance yin and yang, and harmonize the functions of the viscus.
