六味地黄丸对糖尿病大鼠影响的实验研究

摘　　要：目的复制糖尿病(DM)动物模型,观察中成药六味地黄丸对该模型的影响,探讨滋阴补肾法对四氧嘧啶型糖尿病大鼠的整体状况及血糖的调节作用。方法尾静脉注射四氧嘧啶复制大鼠糖尿病模型,并以各组大鼠的整体状况、体重以及血糖的变化进行比较研究。结果六味地黄丸可以改善糖尿病大鼠的整体状况,降低血糖水平,与模型组比较,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论运用此方法建立糖尿病模型具有一定的可靠性和说服力,且六味地黄丸对此模型有显著的治疗作用。Objective To Observe the effects of Chinese patent medicine Liu Wei Di Huang pills on diatetes mellitus （ DM ） animal model, and to investigate the regulating action of replenshing yin and nourishing kidney on alloxan diabetes rats＇general conditions and blood sugar. Methods DM rats model was produced by caudal venous injection of alloxan, and the variations of general conditions, weight, and blood sugar of the rats in each group were compared. Results Liu Wei Di Huang pills could improve the general conditions of DM rats and lower blood sugar level. Compared with the model group, the difference was significant （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Using this method to produce DM model is reliable and persuasive, and Liu Wei Di Huang pills has a significant effect for treating this model.
