摘 要:针对BaxSr1-xTiO3(BST,钛酸锶钡)材料在直流偏场下的电性能的变化,设计出一种直流偏场下BST电性能参数计算机测试系统。该系统测试结果通过串口输入计算机,通过LabVIEW编写的虚拟仪器程序实时处理与显示材料在不同偏压下的介电常数-温度曲线与损耗曲线,从中引申出了一种外加直流偏场下热释电系数的测试方法。利用该系统在25~70℃,200V与400V偏压下,对BST样片进行了测量,得到了相关曲线与数据,其中400V下材料相对介电常数峰值与热释电系数峰值在42.2℃达到6795.51与1.17×10^-7C/cm^2·K,测量结果对于研究BST材料的红外探测性能具有现实意义。Aiming at the changes in the electrical properties of BaxSr1-xTiO3(BST) under DC bias field, a computer test system of BST electrical properties under DC bias field was designed. The system sends its test results to a computer through serial port and uses the virtual instrument programmed in LabVIEW to implement the real-time processing and display of the dielectric-temperature curve and dielectric loss curve of the material under different bias fields. Based on that, a test method of BST pyroelectric coefficient in DC bias field is brought forward. Using this system the BST samples were tested at 25-70 ℃, under 200 V and 400 V bias fields; and the test data and curves are obtained. The peak points of the relative dielectric constant and pyroelectric coefficient of the material under 400 V bi- as field reach 6 795.51 and 1.17×10^-7 C/cm^2 · K at 42.2 ℃. The test results have practical significance to the research of the infrared detection performance of BST.
