摘  要:本文介绍了采用专家系统解决智能仪器故障诊断的方法。针对智能仪器的故障特点,采用规则推理和事例推理相结合的混合推理技术。在规则推理中,提出了分层搜索的诊断思路,并且在不同搜索层次中,各规则优先权的确定采用基于模糊多属性群决策的方法。针对这种推理方法,采用数据库技术实现了知识库的设计,并用VS.net软件开发出了一套高效率智能仪器故障诊断专家系统。该系统在实际使用中表现出比第一个版本更高的诊断效率。In this paper, a novel method based on expert system is proposed to diagnose intelligent instrument faults. According to the characteristics in intelligent instrument faults, the hybrid inference method combining rule- based reasoning and case-based reasoning is adopted. In the rule-based reasoning, a multiple hierarchical search method is proposed, and the diagnostic priorities of the rules in certain search level are determined based on a fuzzy multi-attribute group decision-making method. In light of the reasoning method, the knowledge base in this expert system was optimally designed in SQL server database, and an efficient expert system for intelligent instru-ment fault diagnosis was developed in VS. net software. In practical application, the expert system shows higher diagnosis efficiency than its first version.
