摘　　要：为贯彻落实工务工作方针,实现工务工作总体目标,加快工务技术发展,适应运输发展需求,2008年工务系统的重点工作是实施"零误差",推行"零缺陷",确保动态均衡;加快大修步伐,减少薄弱设备;提高大型养路机械运用能力,做好引进技术国产化项目工作;加强管理,提高汛期防灾应急能力;抓好线桥设备和安全基础设施管理;开展信息化建设,提高工务技术管理水平;开展植树造林活动;做好京津城际铁路及合宁、合武等客运专线的接管和运营管理工作。In order to implement the guidelines for permanent way works, realize overall target of permanent way departments, acceler- ate technical development and meet requirements of transport development, permanent way system in 2008 will focus on implementation of 'zero error' and promotion of 'zero defect', thus ensuring dynamic regularity; accelerate overhaul to reduce weak infrastructure; improve utilizing capability of heavy-duty track maintenance machinery, carry out successfully localization of imported technologies; reinforce man- agement to enhance capabilities of disaster prevention and emergency rescue in flood period; stress on management of track, bridge and basic safety facilities; carry out construction of informationization, improve management level of permanent way technologies; conduct af- forestation to construct green barrier; succeed in handover and operational management of Beijing-Tianjin intercity express, Hefei-Nanjing PDL, Hefei-Wuhai PDL, etc.
