摘 要:金地中心采用钢筋混凝土框架-核心筒结构体系。其中塔楼A地面以上约150m高,超过B级高度。在西、北立面采用了新型的钢筋混凝土窗格框架。窗格框架由主框架及次框架柱组成,次框架仅提供侧向刚度但同时只承受很少的重力荷载。另外,楼板边缘与窗格框架脱开,楼面连接梁在窗格框架主框架柱处形成"脖颈"。给出了Push-over在内的全面抗震分析及有针对性的抗震模型试验结果,并提出了相应的设计方法以及一种有效方便的后浇节点施工工艺。The RC frame-core structural system is used for Golidfield Centre. The tower A building height is up to 150m and exceeds the class B limit for China Code. The special "screen frame" are used at the West and North facades, and the frame consists of the primary frame and a secondary frame members that provide additional stiffness to the frame but are only intended to carry incidental gravity load. A gap is created between the edge of the slab and screen frame and the neck of floor connecting beam at main column will be carefully checked. The comprehensive aseismic analysis (including Push-over) and relative model tests are introduced. The appropriate design method and a newly, effective and convenient delay-pour joint constructional technology, are provided.
