摘　　要：介绍了羽毛质量检测仪的设计方案检测原理,并且对其主要部件进行了简要介绍,硬件部分以STC12C5410AD单片机为例,介绍了它的AD模数转换功能和MODBUS通信协议,软件部分通过利用VC编写操作界面,对触发触摸屏采集到的信号进行实时监控。给出了用STC12C5410AD单片机C语言编写的部分通信程序,以及部分VC程序,在实际应用中羽毛质量检测仪,数据传输稳定可靠,适合于检测产品的形状及弯曲程度等。This paper introduces the project of badminton feather mass check instrument and main parts,hardware takes STC12C5410AD as an example,software makes use of VC to compile and compose an interface and carry out real time supervisory control to the signal that screen acquisition.Have given part communicate program,and part VC using STC12C5410AD monolithic machine C language to compile and compose out procedure.In reality application,this badminton feather mass check instrument has reliable data transmission and it is suitable in detecting the form and curved degree of product.
