摘  要:以分闸开关的集合作为候选解,并在末梢点处和电源点旁补充定义了虚拟分闸节点,以将各个分闸开关的位置向其上游或下游移动为邻域搜索策略,以电气极限、电压合格范围和网络拓扑要求等为约束条件,以停电损失最小为适配函数,在此基础上采用禁忌搜索算法进行网络重构,解决配电网大面积断电情况下的供电恢复问题。将待操作的开关分为2类,并以操作过程中尽快恢复停电损失大的负荷供电和不产生闭环及过负荷为原则,建议了一种大面积断电时的供电恢复过程和故障修复后返回正常过程中的开关操作顺序生成方法。给出了一个典型的区域配电网络作为算例进行分析和说明,结果表明所提出的方法是可行的。With the set of tripped switches used as a candidate solution, some virtual tripped nodes are defined and incorporated at the end of the terminal nodes or by the source nodes. The neighborhood search is committed by moving a tripped switch to the adjacent node upstream or downstream. The electrical limitations, the allowable voltage range and the required topology are used as constraints. With the minimum interruption cost as the objective, a novel Tabu search approach is put forward to solve the problem of restoration for large area blackout of the distribution network. The switches to be operated are divided into two classes, based on which, an approach to forming the switching operation sequence for both the restoration process and return- to-normal process is suggested. The loads with larger loss costs are given a higher priority to restoration. The overload of feeders and loop in topology are avoided in the process as well. The results of an analysis of a typical example show the feasibility of the approach proposed.
