摘　　要：介绍了中国重型机械研究院(原西安重型机械研究所)自主研发和成套的国内首套用于生产马口铁基板的六辊单机架可逆式冷轧机组的工艺流程、设备组成及主要技术参数。详述了机组所采用的厚度控制技术以及工作辊弯辊、中间辊弯辊、中间辊横移和轧辊分段冷却等板形控制技术。机组已轧出了厚度为0.20±0.004 mm板形良好的带材。The paper introduces the process flow, configuration and main technological parameters of 6 - high single- stand reversing cold mill developed by China Heavy Machinery Research Institute independently. Meanwhile, expatiation is given for the automatic gauge control （AGC） system and shape control technology, including work roll bending, intermediate roll bending, intermediate roll shifting and roller cooling system. At present, good shape strip with thickness precision of 0.20 ± 0. 004 mm has been produced.
