摘　　要：介绍了莱钢1# RH真空精炼炉设备系统及其技术经济指标,阐述了精炼炉的工艺、设备及主要设计特点,其设计采用了紧凑型工艺流程、高效蒸汽喷射泵、枪盖组合式待机位烘烤装置、独立上料系统、尾气检测和三电控制等多项先进技术。The article introduces Laigang 1^# RH vacuum refine furnace and its economic barometer technically. The author expounds the technics and equipment as well as the main design traits of the refine furnace. The designer adopts many advanced techniques, such as compact process, high efficient steam pump, roasting equipment on standby that integrates nozzle and cover, Stand - by roasting device combined with preheating lance, independent loading system, feeding material in vacuum, exhaust check up, advanced electric control system, etc.
