摘　　要：介绍该公司在川天化大化肥工程建设总承包质量管理工作中的几点体会，即：自始至终抓好设计质量；抓好事先指导、中间检查、事后把关三个环节；重视与施工单位、设备制造厂搞好合作、建立完善的施工质量控制程序；处理好几个关系。Describe what they have learned in the quality management of turnkey contract for a large size of chemical fertilizer project of Sichuan Natural Gas Chemical Plant, such as good control of design quality from very beginning to the end; performance of three procedures, i.e. supervision first, intemediate inspection and control at last; good cooperation with construction company and vendors to establish complete construction quality control procedures.
