喷嘴的熔模铸造生产工艺研究

摘　　要：重点介绍了喷嘴的熔模铸造基本工艺过程和主要工艺参数。结果表明,该工艺合理可行,解决了该产品普通铸造中的铸造缺陷问题。不但成功生产出了高质量的产品,提高了产品的合格率,而且还为同类产品的熔模铸造提供了参考。The basic technical process and main processing parameter of investment casting nozzles are presented in detail, The results showed that the process is reasonable and feasible, and the product defects appearing in sand casting are removed. Not only the high quality products are produced successfully and percent of pass is enhanced, but also the reference is provided for like products by investment casting.
