摘  要:研究了浇注温度和铸型温度对6082铝合金热裂倾向的影响。使用金相显微镜观察不同浇注条件下合金的组织发展,较高浇注温度时组织呈树枝状,较低浇注温度时组织呈蔷薇状枝晶。应用ADSTENFAN模拟软件对合金充型、凝固以及应力分布进行联动模拟。试验结果表明,通过采用降低浇注温度,提高合金凝固速率的方法可减少合金热裂倾向,且通过计算机模拟可准确认识热裂倾向大小及裂纹产生位置,为改善工艺参数,减少热裂倾向打下良好基础。The research is mainly on the effects of pouring temperature and casting mold temperature on the hot crack tendency of 6082 aluminum alloy. The metallographic microscope was used to observe the microstructure of alloys in different casting conditions. The results showed that the microstructure was dendritic at high pouring temperature, and rosette at low pouring temperature. The ADSTENFAN simulation software was adopted to simulate the filling process, solidification process and the stress distribution. It was found that the tendency of the hot crack was decreased due to the reduction of pouring temperature and the increment of solidification rate, and the tendency and the position of hot crack can be predicted exactly by using the computer simulation. So it will provide a foundation for the improvement of process parameter.
