摘　　要：亚洲开发银行行长黑田东彦在中国清洁发展机制基金及其管理中心启动仪式上说:清洁发展机制是促进碳收入和碳技术向发展中国家转移的主要手段。中国已经成为最大的清洁发展机制碳信用提供国。为响应发展中成员国的要求,亚行已经开发了一些创新性的融资机制。Mr. Haruhiko Kuroda, the president of ADB, said that Clean Development Mecha- nism was the main way of tansfering carbon income and carbon technology to developing coutries in the ceremony of staring China Clean Development Mecha- nism Fund. At present, China has become the largest country providing CDM carbon credit. To meet the requirment of developing membership countries, ADB has provided some innovative financing ways to support our CDM projects.
