Investigation and Analysis of Cognition and Demands on Information of Science and Technology among Scientific and Technological Personnel for Family Planning in Jilin Province

摘  要:目的:了解计划生育科技工作者对科技信息的认知和需求,为队伍能力建设提供参考依据。方法:自行设计问卷,对80名科技管理和技术服务人员进行问卷调查。结果:被调查者主要来自基层,对科技期刊认识和阅读情况较好;主要的信息来源为书报刊,喜欢从书报刊和互联网了解科技信息;学习方式以培训和进修为主要愿望;近70%人员有能力利用计算机和互联网,但利用数据库查找文献比例很低。没时间、缺乏选题及资料是写论文的主要困惑。结论:重视并加强信息资源环境建设,提高科技人员信息素质,重点加强信息能力培养,提高科技队伍整体理论素养和创新能力。Objective: To find out cognition and demands on scientific and technological information among scientific and technological personnel of family planning, and to supply referenced basis for the ability esiablishment of these persons. Methods : 80 persons of scientific and technological management and service were investigated by self-designed questionnaires. Results: The majority of respondents came from grass roots, and the situation of cognition on scientific and technological periodicals were preferably. The main information resources were books, newspapers and periodicals, however, the scientific and technological informations from newspapers, periodicals and internet were prefered. Most of them desired for an advanced study. 70% of them were able to use computer and internet, while the rate of references searching with database was rather low. The main problems of writing papers were the limitation of time and the absence of selected titles and references. Conclusion: It is recommended that the environment of information resources should be created and information diathesis of scientific and technological personnel he improved, especially for the cultivation of information ability and theoretic diathesis and innovating ability.
