西藏昌都地区农牧区妇女孕产期保健现状调查分析

摘　　要：目的:了解昌都地区农牧区妇女孕产期保健现状,并分析其影响因素。方法:运用定量调查和定性研究相结合的方法进行调查分析。结果:妇女产前检查率和产后访视率都极低,住院分娩率<20%,新法接生率<50%。影响妇女孕产期保健行为的因素包括经济、交通、文化和传统习俗以及医疗机构提供卫生服务的能力等。结论:该地区孕产期保健状况亟需改善,建议调整政策,加大政府对妇幼保健的投入和支持;加强健康教育,普及孕产期卫生保健知识,促进产前保健和住院分娩;加强服务系统的能力建设,特别是调整服务方向和改善服务方式。Objective ： To understand the current situation of maternal health care in the agricultural and pastoral areas in Changdu of Tibet Autonomous Region, and to analyze the relevant factors affecting maternal healthcare. Methods： Quantitative surveys combined with qualitative research were adopted to both describe and explain the current maternal health care situation in Changdu. Results： The rate of prenatal and postnatal checkup was very low. The hospital delivery rate was under 20% in this area. In addition, less than 50% of deliveries were ＂New Method＂ deliveries, those with a doctor＇s participation. Major factors affecting the use of pregnant and prenatal care include income, traffic condition, culture, traditional customs and health care infrastructure capacity. Conclusion： The maternal healthcare situation urgently needs to be improved, and solutions must be specific and applicable to this district. It is recommended that policies should be modi, fled and support and investment be increased in maternal and child health care by the government. Health education should be enhanced and health care knowledge be permeated to increase the rates of prenatal checkups and hospital deliveries. Re healthcare infrastructure should be strengthened, espetially service trend be adjusted and service mode be improved.
