摘  要:装载机的前车架是整机强度、刚度设计的关键部件之一,其结构复杂,承载最大,其产品的计算机辅助工程分析和优化设计是装载机数字化设计与制造的重要内容。产品数字化设计与制造主要包括数字化造型技术和计算机仿真技术,往往借助于各类软件来完成。Pro/E是美国PTC公司推出的一整套CAD/CAM/CAE集成解决方案,它包括Pro/E软件包和Pro/Mechanica模块,二者可以实现无缝集成。设计者首先使用Pro/E完成前车架的三维建模,构建其虚拟样机,为工程分析提供数据支持。针对装载机工况,定义约束、施加载荷从而分析前车架的受力情况和应力应变,并得到各种分析结果;根据工程分析结果,通过定义目标函数、设计变量和约束条件,完成装载机前车架的优化设计。The front frame of a loader is one of key parts in strength and rigidity design of the basic machine. It features complicate structure and the heaviest duty. Its computer aided engineering analysis and optimal design is the important content in digital design and manufacture of loaders. The digital design and manufacture of a product includes digital modeling technique and computer simulation technology and is conducted by the aid of various software. Pro/E is an integrated solution of CAD/CAM/CAE, developed by American company PTC. It includes Pro/E software package and Pro/Mechanica module and the two can be integrated seamlessly. At first, in order to provide data support for engineering analysis, the designer finished 3D modeling for the front frame with Pro/E to construct a virtual prototype. Then, according to loader work conditions, restrains are defined and loads are exerted so that the loading condition of front frame and its stress and strain are analyzed and various results are obtained. On the basis of engineering analysis, optimal design of the front frame of a loader can be achieved through the determination of objective functions, design variables and restrain conditions.
