摘  要:镀镍钢带、穿孔钢带性能好、成本低,是广泛使用的电池集流材料。介绍了钢带、穿孔钢带的规格和技术条件,总结出钢带、穿孔钢带的镀液配方和工艺规范,提出了钢带、穿孔钢带镀镍的技术要求,分别论述了镀镍钢带和穿孔钢带性能对电池使用效果的影响,综述了减薄镀镍钢带厚度、增加表面粗糙度、改善耐腐蚀性的方法以提高电池性能。As the current collectors for alkaline battery, nickel-plated steel sheet ( NPSS ) and nickel-plated punched steel sheet( NPPSS ) have found wide application in the battery industry because of low-cost and high-quality. The specifications of steel sheet and punched steel sheet were introduced. The formulas and technical conditions of electroplating solutions were summarized. The requirements on the technology of NPSS and NPPSS were put forward. The influences of NPSS and NPPSS on the performances of battery were elaborated, respectively. Moreover, the methods of reducing the substrate thickness, roughening the substrate surface and improving the substrate corrosion resistance were reviewed in order to improving performances of battery.
