摘　　要：介绍用PLC和全数字直流调速器MENTORⅡ组成的钢带纵剪生产线控制系统，采用智能模块MD21实现钢带的卷绕控制。与模拟控制方式比，该系统具有性能好、可靠性高、控制灵活等特点，而且系统具有较完善的自诊断功能，给运行和维护带来很大的方便。：A new slitter line control system is described. It is comPOSed of a PLC and a digital DC drive MENTOR Ⅱ, and the intelligent MD21 module is used to bring about coiling control. The system has advanced performance,high reliability and flexibility. Moreover, it has self-diagnostic function, which makes it easy to run and maintain.
