摘  要:齿轮啮合力是计算齿轮零件强度、刚度和疲劳寿命的重要参数。通过建立传动系统的力学模型,以Hertz弹性碰撞理论为基础,建立在变速条件下的计算机仿真模型。最后给出某型机械压力机传动系统的计算实例。根据仿真结果可知,在加速条件下,齿轮啮合力随着速度呈指数增长,且指数随着加速度的增加而增大。Engaging force of gear is the important parameter for computing the strength, rigidity and fatigue life span of gear parts. By means of establishing the mechanics model of transmission system and taking the Hertz collision theory as a base, the computer simulative model under variable speed condition was established. Finally a computation example on transmission system of certain typed mechanical press was presented. It was known according to the result of simulation that the meshing force of gear was increasing in exponent along with the speed and the exponent was augmenting along with the increment of acceleration.
