摘 要:介绍一个已用于焦化厂配煤过程实时控制和在线管理的具有两级结构的专家控制及集散控制系统。基于配煤和炼焦过程的统计数据及经验知识,建立了焦炭质量预测的数学模型和计算配煤比的规则模型。通过把数学模型和规则模型相结合,设计了计算配煤比的专家控制系统。采用S9000系列的集散控制系统,使实际的配煤比跟踪给定的配煤比。实际运行表明,配煤准确率、焦炭质量稳定率和预测精度分别达到了96%、90%和95%。To intnduce an expert control and distributed control system with two-level configuration, which has ho applial for the red-time control and on-line management of the blending process in a coking plant. Based on the statistical data and expert.ence knowledge of the ed blending and the coking process, the mathematical model for the prduction of the coke quality and the rule model for the determination of blending ratio are estblished.By combining the mathematical model and the rule model,an expert control system for determining the blending ratio is designed. A S9000 dries distributed coned system is ed to ensure that the actual blending ratio follows the given blending ratio. The results of the actual rim show that the accuracy of the ed blenging, the stability ratio and predieted precision of the coke quality are reached 96%,90% and 95% respectively.
