论新民本主义的时代内涵及其对传统民本思想的超越

摘　　要：新民本主义是指中国共产党人在长期的革命和建设过程中所形成的民本观。无论是作为中国共产党人的政治哲学,还是作为中国改革发展的路向,新民本主义的内涵应是与时俱进、体现时代精神要求的。在当今,党的新民本主义应是指以"关注民生、保障民权、发展民主和以人为本、促进人的全面发展"为核心内容的具有时代特征的新民本思想。New Civilianism is the concept which was formed by the Communist Party of China in the long- term revolution and eonstruction process. Regardless it is a political philosophy of the Communist Party of China,or the direction of the reform and development in China, the connotation of new Civilianism should advance with the times and reflect the spirit of the times. Nowadays,the party＇s New Civilianism should refer to the new people- oriented thinking whose core content is＂ concerning livelihood of people, safeguarding civil rights, developing democracy and people- oriented to promote human＇s all - round development＂.
