摘  要:开关磁阻电机的转子轴系是一个涉及电磁、机械高度耦合的非线性系统,因此转子动力学性能是高速开关磁阻电机设计必须关注的问题。该文计算了开关磁阻电机偏心转子在各种电流和偏心度下的不平衡磁拉力,并在该基础上根据了开关磁阻电机不平衡磁拉力所特有的脉冲性,建立了开关磁阻电机转子动力学模型,通过仿真分析了转子转速、支承结构和转子轴结构对临界转速的影响,得出转子中心运动轨迹。通过转子的不平衡响应分析,得出了电磁力对转子偏心有增大的趋势。仿真结果为高速开关磁阻电机的设计提供参考依据。The rotor system of switched reluctance motor (SRM) is a typical nonlinear system that is most great coupling with electromagnetism and mechanism. So rotor dynamics is becoming more and more important in the design of high speed SRM. The unbalance magnetic pull of SRM induced by different currents and eccentricity is calculated. Based on the pulses characteristics of the unbalance magnetic force, the rotor dynamics model of SRM is established. The influence of rotor speed, supporting structure and shaft shape to the critical speeds is analyzed. From the results, the orbital response of the rotor caused by unbalance electromagnetic force is evaluated. The fact can be concluded that the rotor eccentricity is increased because of the improvement of the electromagnetic force by the unbalance response. The simulation results support references in designing high speed SRM.
