摘　　要：合成了新显色剂2-磺酸基苯基-1，4-二重氮氨基偶氮苯（SDDAA），研究了该试剂在表面活性剂Triton X-100存在下与Hg^2＋的显色反应。结果表明，pH10．5时Hg（Ⅱ）与SDDAA形成摩尔比为1：2型红色络合物，最大吸收波长在530nln处。表观摩尔吸收系数为5．9×10^4L·mol^-1·cm^-1，Hg量在0～0．80μg／mL范围内符合比尔定律。测定了几种水样中的Hg。A new reagent 2-sulfonic-phenyl-1,4-di-diazoaminoazobenzene （SDDAA） is synthesized and its chromogenic reaction with mercury（ Ⅱ） is studied. In the presence of Triton X-100, the reagent form a red complex with mercury （ Ⅱ） in the molar of 1 ： 2. The molar absorptivity is 5. 9104 L·mol^- 1·cm^- 1 . The absorption maximum of the complex is at 530 nm. Beer＇s law is obeyed in the range of 0 - 20 μg/25 mL. The method has been applied to the determination of mercury （ Ⅱ ）in tap water, mineral water and industril waste water samples with satisfactory results.
