摘　　要：介绍了管理人员素质模型的建立,将物流企业员工流动管理中员工流入、内部流动和员工流出管理各环节有机地联系在了一起,可以有效地解决我国物流企业员工流动管理的困境。The establishment of manager＇s competence model connects employee inflow, internal flow and outflow management together organically. It will effectively solve the problem of employee flow management in China logistics enterprises.
