我国男子排球队备战奥运会阵容配备设想及进攻战术发展与创新思路探究

摘　　要：我国男子排球队在历史上曾有过巅峰期,与技、战术发展和创新有一定关系。但近年战绩不佳,经分析论证,认为我国男子排球队要想在奥运会上与欧美高大型诸强抗衡,在阵容配备方面不宜再采用"五一配备",应改用"四二配备",战术运用和发展方面,应具有创新理念。根据实验结果,主张在传统快攻战术的基础上向立体快攻发展,利用单脚冲跳技术,扣高点快球、高点短平拉;战术可向前后排立体重叠、立体错位、立体交叉等多维空间进行扩展。Through investigation, we find out that our man＇s volleyball team has ever reached a summit stage in the history and it is relative to the development and creation of new ideas of the technique and tactics. In recent years, the performance of our man＇s volleyball team match result is not good. Facing the Olympic Games, we must find out and solve the problems as quickly as possible. Through analysis, it is proved that if our man＇s volleyball team wishes to fight against the European teams in the Olympic Games, the convert 5-1 system into 4-2 system should be used. The utilization and development of tactics should be new ideas. According to the result of experiment, we should develop steer osmotic quick attack based on the traditional attack tactics and use the skill of jump of front flight. High spike and wide spike form flat short set. On the tactics side, quick high spike and quick spike from parallel-long-toss can be used.
