对我国体育场馆现状与运营模式的探讨

摘　　要：随着我国体育管理体制和运行机制的改革,体育场馆由以往国家投资、经营,亏损财政补贴的原有体制发生深刻变革,以2008年奥运会场馆项目法人招标为标志,我国体育场馆建设和经营管理进入了一个"以市场化运作为导向,充分利用各种市场化筹资渠道和方式筹集资金,鼓励社会机构参与体育场馆经营管理活动,建立体育场馆经营管理新模式"的新阶段。因此,本文通过文献资料调查,对我国体育场馆进行了现状分析、解析了目前体育场馆运营存在的困惑,提出我国体育场馆运营模式的发展趋势。Along with the reform of sports managerial system and running mechanism in China, the original system of the sports stadium that＇is invested, managed and given financial subsidy by the state has taken profound changes. Taking 2008 Olympic Games conference site hall project legal person tender as the symbol, Chinese stadium hall construction and the management entered market -oriented operation, fully used various of market - oriented finance channel and the way collection fund, encouraged the social organization to participate in stadium hall management, establishes the stadium hall new management model in the new stage. Therefore, through literature review, this paper analyzed the current situation of sports stadium and the current stadiums operation of confusion and proposed stadium operating mode of development trends.
