摘　　要：很久以来，海洋，尤其是深海一直给人以神秘感，水深数千米，甚至上万米，压力大，水温低，没有光照，常年处于黑暗状态、缺氧、食物稀少，所以曾被认为是荒蛮之地和生命禁区。The Deep-Sea is the largest survival space of the earth's organisms and important environments for sus- tainable development of human kind.But it is comparatively little known about life in the bathyal,abyssal, and hadal zones.This is,of course,due to their relative inaccessibility.The modem studies on the biology of the Oceans did not really start until the middle of the nineteenth century.It is now established that there is high species diversity in the deep sea.
