摘　　要：涡虫是一类常见的扁形动物,是研究细胞再生、细胞分化与去分化分子机理、动物行为以及染色体的良好材料,也是动物学教学中的重要实验材料。由于近几年来的环境破坏,水体污染等问题,使涡虫在野外已不易采到。因此,人们开始对涡虫进行室内人工培养,以满足实验的需要。本文总结了几种涡虫室内培养方法,对微型生态系统在涡虫室内培养中的功能进行了分析,并阐述了涡虫室内培养管理的注意事项。Turbellaria, a platyhelminthes, is an important laboratofial material for experiments in zoology： cell generation research, studies in cell differentiation and dedifferenfiafion and animal behavior and chromosome study. In recent years, Turbellaria was difficult to collect in the open field due to destruction of environment and pollution of water and culture in laboratory was then practiced. In this article, culture methods of Tuebellaria were summarized, functions of mieroecosystems in cultures were analysed and cultural management in laboratories was discussed.
