摘  要:根据国家对建筑能耗节能50%和节材的要求,目前在夏热冬冷地区对建筑围护结构普遍采用空心砌块以满足对热阻的要求。本文分别对某内插保温层混凝土空心砌块以及将保温层取出的砌块的热阻进行了试验研究,分析了两者热工性能的差异,并对砌块内插保温层的有效性和经济性进行了分析,得出砌块内插保温层的投资可在4~5年内收回;并找出该空心砌块存在的不足,分别针对砌块外部结构和内部构造提出了改进方法,使砌体能够满足夏热冬冷地区对建筑围护结构节能的要求。According to the request of energy saving 50% of building energy loss and material saving by our country, for the moment, hollow building blocks are widely used in building exterior-protected constructions to satisfy the requirement of thermal resistance in hot summer and cold winter zone. In this paper, based on the experiment research on the thermal resistance of a certain hollow building blocks with and without inserting thermal insulation layer, the differences of thermal characteristics between the two building blocks are analyzed, and the availability and economic results of the building block with the inserting thermal insulation layer are analyzed, then the conclusion is reached that the cost of the building block with the inserting thermal insulation layer can be returned within 4 - 5 years. Furthermore, the deficiency of hollow building block is found out, and the improvement methods are put forward as viewed from their exterior structure and interior structure respectively. It makes the structure satisfy the demands on the energy saving of building envelope in the hot summer and cold winter zone.
