摘 要:沥青混凝土路面的冷再生可以完全利用旧路面材料,不但节能、环保,而且能延长施工季节、改善工作条件。乳化沥青作为广义的再生剂是最为常用的。乳化沥青冷再生沥青混合料早期强度低,开放交通迟。加入一定比例的水泥,利用水泥吸水水化加速乳化沥青破乳,可起到提高早期强度、缩短开放交通时间的目的。同时水泥又是冷再生沥青混合料的辅助再生剂,可与乳化沥青一起充当结合料。沥青和水泥两种结合料同时存在,混合料的力学特点兼具柔性与刚性,因而,其设计方法应充分考虑乳化沥青和水泥两种结合料各自的影响。Reclaimed asphalt pavement materials can be utilized completely in the cold reclaiming of asphalt pavement, not only saving resources and energy, protecting the environment, but also prolonging construction season, improving working condition. Emulsion asphalt is most frequently used as a generalized recycling agent. But cold reclaimed mixture using emulsion asphalt has lower early intensity, latter traffic opening time. Portland cement, with propriety proportion, can improve early intensity and shorten latter traffic opening time, because it absorbs water, resulting in the setting of emulsion asphalt. At the same time, cement, as the secondary recycling agent, can serve as binder along with emulsion asphalt. As the existence of two binders, asphalt and cement, the mechanics characteristics of the mixture are both flexible and rigid. Thus, the design method of mixture should take into account the respective infections of asphalt and cement sufficiently.
