摘　　要：作为世界上最早的文官考试制度,中国的科举制度对西方文官制度产生了重要影响。西方国家在对科举制度进行适应性改造的基础上,发展出了现代的文官制度。科举制度与文官制度的渊源关系,是中国传统法律文化域外影响的重要方面。As the earliest civil service examination in the world, the imperial examination has very important influence on the western civil service system. Based on the improvement of the imperial examination, the modern civil service system was established in western countries. The relation between the imperial examination and western civil system became a main aspect for the traditional Chinese culture to exert influence on foreign countries.
