摘 要:本文介绍了以硝酸铁和硝酸铋为原料,采用溶胶凝胶(Sol-gel)方法制备BiFeO_3粉末。并通过改变溶胶的浓度、溶剂的成分、Bi的过量百分比以及烧结温度等条件来探索制备纯相BiFeO_3粉末的最佳工艺参数。实验结果表明在溶胶浓度为0.5 mol/L,溶剂选择乙二醇甲醚,Bi含量按摩尔比过量4%,烧结温度为700℃时,可以烧出纯相的BiFeO_3粉末。BiFeO3 powders were prepared by Sol-gel method. The starting materials were ferric nitrate and bismuth nitrate. The concentration of the solution, the solvent, the excessive percentage of Bi and the sintering temperature were studied in order to prepare the pure BiFeO3 powders. The results showed that the pure BiFeO3 powders could be obtained when the concentration of the sol was 0.5mol/L, the solvent was 2 - methoxyethanol, the excessive percentage of Bi was 4%, and the sintering temperature was 700℃.
