摘 要:生命科学是当今科学研究的一个重要领域,针对人体血液检测这一重要课题,采用光谱分析技术,提出通过对人体血清的吸收光谱特性进行分析,将其应用于疾病诊断这一国内外较少涉足的研究课题。比较了正常血样血清和异常血清的吸收光谱特性。研究发现,正常与异常血清在大部分波段上的吸光度都是相似的,但在278nm附近吸光度有比较明显的差别;高血糖血清在285nm处的吸光度与正常血清相比明显增强,并且峰值位置产生了一定的漂移,表现出吸收光谱在吸光度和峰值位置的异常;而高血脂血清在414nm处有个较之正常血清比较明显的吸收峰。因此,通过比较光谱特性,为疾病诊断提供了一种血液分析的新方法。与已有的血液检测方法相比,所提出的血液光谱特性分析方法具有检测方便、分析简单、快速和易于推广等优点。The present paper puts forward a method of disease diagnosis by using the technology of spectrum analysis of human blood serum. The generation mechanism of absorption spectrum is explained and the absorption spectra of the normal blood serum and the sick blood serum are listed from the experiments of absorption spectrometry. Though the value of absorbency of the sick blood serum is almost equal to that of the normal blood serum in the most absorption spectra, there are some differences around 278 nm in the absorption spectrum. The absorbency of the blood serum with hyperglycemia is greater than that of the normal blood serum at 285 nm in the spectrum, and besides, there comes a peak shift of absorption with hyperglycemia. In the absorption spectrum of the blood serum with hypercholesterolemia, there is a clear absorption peak at 414 nm. However there is not any peak at that wavelength in the absorption spectrum of the normal blood serum. Through comparing the characters of the spectrum, we can judge if the blood sample is or not, and this blood analysis is a new method for the diagnosis of disease. Compared with other methods of blood measurements, the method of absorption spectrum analysis of blood serum presented in this paper, is more convenient for measurement, simpler for analysis, and easier to popularize.
