我国棉纺钢领的现状与发展及陶瓷钢领的探索

摘　　要：介绍了我国钢领98%仍为20钢冲压成型,普通车床加工,表面C-N共渗处理,使用寿命只有一年的现状;通过分析轴承钢钢领的特点,指出轴承钢钢领含碳量、含铬量较高,能延长寿命,提高纺纱质量,是目前阶段发展的方向;进而介绍了德国塞拉姆公司开发的新工艺陶瓷钢领,说明该钢领硬度高,耐高温氧化性能、耐腐蚀性好,摩擦系数小,适应细纱高速发展的需要。The current status of China rings is that 98% is of punched product conventionally machined with steel 20 with carbonitriding treatment,hencewith service life of only one year. Analysis is made to the features of bearing steel, conclusion is made that bearing steel is the future main material of rings. For bearing steel is of high carbon and high chrome,thus a longer service life of rings and high quality of product. In contrast to that, introduction is made that porcelain rings of latest technology. The performance is excellent in that they are of high rigidity,anti-high temp. and oxydation, low friction factor,thus a fitting element for spinning frame ,yet needing further improvement.
