摘　　要：文章针对改革开放后水工程建设项目新形势，按创新型人才要求分析了水科学与工程专业本科生现有的知识结构，阐明了新增水工程经济课程的必要性，对该课程定位、建设及调整提出了可供参考的实施意见。The essay analyzes the current structure of knowledge of the undergraduate students of the water science and engineering according to the increased demand of talents with innovation and illustrates the necessity of the appended course of the water engineering economy under the new situation of water engineering projects since the Open and Reform . The essay also puts forward some applicable suggestions for reference from the orientation, construction and regulation of the course.
